Carlsbad High School will face their biggest rival La Costa Canyon High School on Friday night and the game was selected as NBC 7’s Game of the Week for Oct. 25, 2013.
Teens decked out in purple turned out as early as 4 a.m. Thursday for NBC 7’s Sherene Tagharobi. The “Loud Crowd” really showed their support for their school and their varsity football team.
“We did well in the first five games in our schedule,” said Lancers senior linebacker Vince Barone. “We’re trying for 9 -1 for the rest of our season.”
The LCC Mavericks will host the Lancers at 7 p.m.
