A motor home caught fire on Interstate 5 near downtown San Diego Thursday during rush hour traffic.
The fire sent smoke billowing above the freeway at 5:45 p.m.
The vehicle is pulled over in the I-5 southbound lanes, just north of State Route 163. Everyone was able to get out safely.
Firefighters are working to put out the flames.
No further information has been released.
