Major League Baseball announced a partial list of participants competing in the MLB All-Star Legends and Celebrity Softball Game on July 10th at Petco Park.
Former Padres pitchers Trevor Hoffman and Rollie Fingers are among the baseball legends who will participate along with former San Diego infielder Ozzie Smith and seven-time all-star Tim Raines.
Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Nina Agdal and also actor Mark-Paul Gosselaar (famously known as Zach Morris from Saved By The Bell) will join the fun, as well as former soccer star Landon Donovan and Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz.
Other celebrities involved include actors J.K Simmons, Sterling Brown (NBC’s This Is Us), and Tyler Hoechlin (Everybody Wants Some).
More celebrity and legend participants will be announced at a later date.
The softball game is the second game of a doubleheader on All-Star Sunday. It will take place after the SiriusXM All-Star Futures Game featuring top minor league prospects.
The T-Mobile Home Run Derby will be held on Monday, July 11th with the main attraction – the MLB All-Star Game - featured on Tuesday July 12th.
