Flipped Cement Truck Spills Cement on SR-52, Sig Alert Issued

A cement truck flipped on eastbound SR-52 Sunday evening, the California Highway Patrol (CHP) said. 

The truck flipped just after 7 p.m. at the southbound SR-163 connector causing a hazmat situation. 

A Sig Alert was issued, but the hazmat has been contained, and lanes will be opening up soon, CHP said. 

The driver had minor injuries. 

No other information was immediately available.
