Judging by the caloric intake, the San Diego County Fair had a fruitful season, with about 60,000 deep-fried Oreos consumed throughout this year’s run.

The San Diego County Fair just received the figures for the 24-day-long fair, which ended on the Fourth of July.

In addition to the deep-fried Oreos, 180,000 Belly Buster burgers, 250,000 pieces of bacon and 1,155 pieces of pie were purchased at the fair, according to our media partner the North County Times.

The figure-threatening tallies were given to the 22nd District Agricultural Association’s board of directors.

The fair vendors also used more than 10,000 pounds of whole-wheat cinnamon roll mix. The rolls were topped with 3,000 pounds of cream cheese. About 15,000 pounds of Australian batter and 10,500 pounds of oil were used to cook 15,000 pounds of potatoes. The potatoes were topped with 100 cases of cheese sauce.

As for a few traditional favorites, 1,155 pieces of pie were consumed during the Pie Eating Contest and 25,000 Pink’s hot dogs were sold.

More than 1.5 million people attended the fair this year, according to the fair’s website. Last year, about 1.4 million people came.

A spokeswoman for the fair told the North County Times that it wasn’t all deep fried and chocolate covered – there were some healthy options too, such as turkey sandwiches, salads and yogurt.
