A car was found on Thursday afternoon with a deceased body inside, according to California Highway Patrol.
Officers found the car on the 900-block of Sierra Alta Way in Unincorporated El Cajon and believe it rolled over multiple times. The vehicle was found about 100 feet off the road and possibly happened overnight.
The Medical Examiner's office is responding and a two truck has been requested.
