Prime Restaurant Space Available in Little Italy
A planned pedestrian park, "Piazza Famiglia," is under construction at India and Date streets in Little Italy. Scheduled to be completed in 2017, the project includes new apartment buildings and more than 13,000-square-feet of potential restaurant and commercial space. The developer will soon launch a proposal process open to prospective restaurateurs.
High-End Korean Barbecue Planned For Kearny Mesa
A Convoy Street storefront is being remodeled to house Prime Grill, which will specialize in high-end Korean barbecue featuring a menu of premium meats cut in-house. Inspired by the popular restaurants in the Los Angeles community of Koreatown, Prime Grill could open by late April.
