San Diego police reported that the driver of a vehicle involved in a crash in Tierrasanta fled the scene, leaving two injured, early Saturday morning.
The accident occurred as three men traveled inside a vehicle going west on Aero Drive at about 4:52 a.m., said Officer Frank Cali with SDPD.
The driver of the vehicle lost control and ended up heading north across traffic lanes and into a concrete wall, Cali said.
Two men inside the vehicle were injured, one had minor injuries and the other sustained serious ones, according to Cali. The driver reportedly fled the scene.
Both of the injured men were later transported to an area hospital and their injuries were considered non-life-threatening.
Police said alcohol was involved in the crash and the Traffic Unit is investigating.
