Firefighters extinguished flames after a house caught fire in Mountain View Thursday, San Diego Fire-Rescue officials said.
The fire broke out around 2:15 p.m. at the 200 block of South 36th Street, near Webster Avenue and Imperial Avenue, according to SDFD.
Once firefighters arrived at the scene, they found smoke billowing from the house. Crews put out the flames.
It was not yet clear what caused the fire. San Diego police are at the scene, redirecting traffic around the area.
No other information was immediately available.
