County Reports 2 New Swine Flu Deaths

And then there were seven...

As of Monday, July 13, seven people in San Diego County have died of the swine flu.

County health officials reported two more men have died from the virus - a 57-year old man on July 2 and a 64-year old man on July 9. Both men had underlying medical conditions, according to the county.

Just last week a 36-year old man was reported to be the fifth local victim of the swine flyu virus in the county. He also had underlying health issues. He died on Saturday, July 4th.

So far this year, the county has seen 613 confirmed cases of the flu.
