The list of Chargers inactives for Sunday's home opener against the Jaguars is official. The good news is left guard Orlando Franklin, who was added to the injury report on Satruday with a neck problem and listed as questionable, will start. Here's the list of players not suiting up:

That means the Chargers will once again go with just seven offensive linemen. They did not have to test their depth much in Kansas City and feel confident their starting five can finish together.
Without wideout Keenan Allen the Bolts will have wide receiver Isaiah Burse active for his first game in a San Diego uniform. He might also handle kick return duties instead of cornerback Craig Mager, who was ineffective a week ago in Kansas City.
Burse owns the NCAA single-season record for kick return yardage, a record he set at Fresno State.
