Investigators have determined the death of a woman whose body was found inside a burning car was a suicide.
An investigation was launched by the San Diego County Sheriff's Department in February after residents reported hearing gunshots from the area of Mast Boulevard in Lakeside.
Andrea Daves, 33, of Santee was found inside the burning Lexus, deputies confirmed.
The vehicle was found parked in a cul-de-sac.
