An MTS trolley broke down, causing traffic to back up in an area of Downtown San Diego on Wednesday.
According to the San Diego Police Department (SDPD), the trolley broke down around 3:27 p.m. on 11th Avenue and C Street.
The trolley was blocking northbound traffic on 11th Avenue, SDPD said. Traffic was being diverted from the area.
No other information was immediately given.
