A body has been found face down in the Tijuana River, according to a report from fire officials.
Border Patrol officials found the body around 5:15 p.m. in the 4400 block of Camino de la Plaza near the San Ysidro border.
Lifeguards were able to recover the body, but there is no information on the identity of the body at this time.
