Norman Kaufman always knew the Poway neighborhood he has lived in for 42 years was a good one. Now he's got solid evidence, the North County Times reported.
A Rhode Island company recently identified the area around Poway Road and Highway 67 as San Diego's "best-value" neighborhood, or the one that offers the best quality of living for the money.
The neighborhood, commonly referred to as the Garden Road-Sycamore Creek area, is one of 20 nationwide that made the "best-value" list compiled by Location Inc., the paper reported.
The company specializes in analyzing America's neighborhoods and communities for businesses looking to relocate, real estate agents and brokers, and consumers.
