After 2 Military Aircraft Crashes in a Week, Navy to Conduct ‘Safety Pause'
As a direct result of the recent U.S. Navy and Marine Corps aircraft crashes, Navy officials directed all non-deployed Navy aviation units Saturday to hold a safety pause on June 13 to look over risk-management practices and train personnel on threat and error-management processes.
