An attack and alleged attempted rape in Ocean Beach is under investigation.
Police were called to the 4800 block of Long Branch at 10.15 p.m. Sunday by the neighbor of the victim.
The victim was transported to a local hospital wearing a neck brace. Her injuries are unknown at this time.
The suspect was arrested at the scene.
San Diego Sex Crimes unit is investigating.
