Warriors rout Seals, snap San Diego's win streak

The Seals started fast in their first game in nearly three weeks. But it was the way they finished that had their head coach frustrated by the end of the night.

Cam Holding scored nine seconds into the game off the opening faceoff. San Diego had a 3-1 lead on Vancouver in the first quarter before things took a dramatic turn.

The Warriors scored six unanswered in the first half to lead 7-4 at halftime. Dan Dawson made it a two score game in the third quarter before the visitors rattled off seven straight to take control.

The 14-6 loss snaps a three-game win streak for the Seals. Dan Dawson paced San Diego with two goals. Vancouver held the team's leading scorer Austin Staats to one goal and one assist.

Their only other game in the month of February comes next Friday when they visit Toronto.
