Deputies arrested a fugitive on two felony arrest warrants, according to San Diego County Crime Stoppers.
Kevin Manriquez, 24, is accused of robbery, manufacturing a controlled substance and child cruelty.
On Thursday, the Sheriff's Department thanked the public for calling in with tips.
