Firefighters rushed to the North County Wednesday afternoon to battle a brush fire burning in Vista.
The blaze began around 3:20 p.m. near Business Park Drive and Sycamore Avenue.
Authorities said the fire sparked near a business park, but no buildings have been damaged and no injuries have been reported.
As of 4:45 p.m., fire crews had extinguished at least one small spot fire.
Deputies are providing traffic control in the area and have diverted traffic on Sycamore Avenue.
