Detectives are searching for a suspect who allegedly spied on a woman while she was taking a shower inside her University Heights apartment.
Authorities said the peeping incident happened on Sunday.
The victim was taking a shower when she realized she was being watched by a man who was looking at her through the bathroom window.
Detectives said the suspect had gained access to a narrow walkway adjacent to the victim’s apartment and had placed a chair underneath her bathroom window to get a better view as she showered.
When the victim saw the peeping tom, she yelled and he ran away.
Detectives said the suspect is described as a white or possibly Hispanic male between 30 and 40 years old. He has a small face, long nose and no facial hair. During the spying incident, he was wearing a dark blue shirt or jacket and a dark-colored beanie or hat.
Detectives said they plan to release a composite sketch of the suspect soon.
