Thousands of people packed the Valley View Casino Center Tuesday to get motivated by some very motivational people like Bill Cosby, Colin Powell, Steve Forbes, Rudy Giuliani, Lou Holtz, and Joe Montana.

Traffic was backed up for miles near the sports arena, as people tried to make their way to the Get Motivated Business Seminar. The crowd also drew the attention of the fire marshal who arrived on scene to ensure there weren't too may people inside the building.

Steve Forbes, president and CEO of Forbes Inc., kicked off the seminar. Forbes told the audience the story of his grandfather who started the multi-million dollar business he runs today.

"As my grandfather used to say, nothing wrong with nepotism as long as you keep it in the family," Forbes said.

People were offered tips on how to be successful in business and how to become motivated. The list of speakers had many people excited about the conference.

"Looking to get a lot of information from a lot of great people here," said conference attendee Sam Cafero. "I'd like to hear from Bill Cosby, he's a great man. The all star line-up is awesome."

The idea behind the seminar is to inspire people and build their skills, according to the event's website.

"I think just the power of the people and their words, they are successful, it is great," Cafero said.
