Thieves Strike at a Local Bank

Police are still searching for suspects

Thieves have struck at a California Coast Credit Union branch once again, overnight an ATM was broken into at one of the bank's branches in Tierrasanta.

Police say the thieves struck just after 4:00 a.m. The bank is located in a strip mall in the 5900-block of Santo Road.

Police are unsure how many suspects were involved and continue to search for the people involved. No word on how much money was taken from the ATM.

In October, police arrested Dominique Dontae Lasker, 26, and Davon Jacques Darden, 23, for the robbery of the California Coast Credit Union's La Mesa branch. The robbery forced San Diego police to evacuate an entire Rolando neighborhood for close to nine hours.
