Six new restaurants and retailers have leased space at the Shoppes at Carlsbad: Foot Locker, SoHa Living, Gofruit Juice Bar, the Flip Flop Shop, Sweet Cloud Creamery, and Back to Cali. New tenants will begin arriving in May.
These new additions are part of a multi-phase transformation of The Shoppes at Carlsbad. An interior renovation of the one million square-foot interiors was completed in 2017.
Other openings scheduled this year for The Shoppes are Texas de Brazil, Grubby’s Poke & Fish Market, and Forever 21.
A new restaurant streetscape is scheduled to be completed this summer with the upcoming openings of Breakfast Republic and Wokcano. The streetscape will feature plaza areas with landscaping, outdoor seating, and ambient lighting.
Owned by Rouse Properties, The Shoppes at Carlsbad is a two-story enclosed super-regional mall with more than 100 stores. It’s located at 2525 El Camino Real.
