The Law You Didn't Know Existed

You know all those punks freaking you out at the 7-Eleven when you get a Big Gulp before Leno? Turns out they should all be arrested.

San Diego police sent out a reminder Monday about the city's most little-known law. Anybody under 18 is subject to the city's curfew law from 10 p.m. until 6 a.m. this means that if they're here on spring break, they're open game.

Police stressed that the exceptions to the curfew do not include dealing nickel bags on the corner. However, if they are traveling to or from work in a legal occupation, are attending a school, religious or other recreational activity supervised by adults, or are involved in an emergency, they can be out in public.
