A 15-year-old was arrested Tuesday for suspicion of sexual assault, according to the National City Police Department.
The Sweetwater High School student is being held in juvenile hall for reportedly assaulting three teenage girls, according to Sgt. Mike Harlan. The boy allegedly invited two 15-year-old girls and a 14-year-old girl into his home, where he sexually assaulted them. The 10th-grade girls went willingly, but reported him after he tried to have one girl go to his house a second time.
Parents of all those involved have been notified, according to Harlan.
Sgt. Mike Harlan said the investigative report will be presented at the District Attorney’s Office on Thursday. The suspect could face multiple charges, including rape.
Since the suspect is a juvenile, police cannot release his name.
