A suspect intentionally hit another car while the victim was driving down an alley in the 3500 block of 1st Avenue San Diego police confirmed.
The incident happened on January 30 at approximately 7:30 p.m.
The victim described the suspect as a man around 50 years old. He had short white hair, wire rim glasses and was skinny and clean shaven.
The victim got a partial license plate of "5GDG" and said the suspect was driving a Mini Cooper like the one pictured above. There were beads hanging from the rear view mirror. The suspect may live in the Hillcrest area police said.
