A multi-vehicle crash in San Carlos injured seven people and forced a closure on Lake Murray Blvd. near Navajo Road, a San Diego Fire and Rescue dispatch told NBCSanDiego.
Two people were transported to Children's Hospital via Mercy Air, and others were ambulanced to hospitals after the crash, which occurred shortly after 4 p.m. on the 8700 block of Lake Murray Blvd.
One vehicle drove through the intersection at about 60 mph, the dispatch said.
Several vehicles were involved in the crash. The exact number was unclear, the dispatch said.
San Diego police also responded to the scene.
