‘She Tried to Kiss Me, but I Don't Like Kissing'

More than just "he said, she said" according to investigators

A 15-year-old boy who was allegedly molested by an elementary school teacher for years testifies in graphic detail about what he says went on in the classroom and in the back seat of her car (Warning: Adult Content ).

Investigators with the Chula Vista Police Department said soon after Carmina Lopez's arrest that the evidence against the teacher accused of luring her sixth-grader into a sexual relationship was more than "he said, she said."

On Wednesday, the boy took the stand at her preliminary hearing.

"When I was in the car, she fondled me to get me hard," the boy told the court about an alleged incident in the back seat of Lopez's car, adding later, "She grabbed my penis and would go up and down."

The teen also described being fondled in a classroom.

"I was already sitting down, and she would push and pull, and that's how pants came down."

The boy said the sexual activity occurred twice in a classroom while he was still her student.

"Yeah, she tried to kiss me, but I don't like kissing hardly at all." the boy said. "I hardly kiss my family."

Lopez, 32, is charged with eight counts of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor. In January, she pleaded not guilty through her attorney.  Her bail was set at $2 million and she was ordered to stay away from alleged victim.

The teacher is accused of starting a sexual relationship with the boy, who was in her sixth-grade class when she was teaching at Nestor Elementary School in 2004. Police say now, four years later, the child has come forward with details of the relationship. The alleged acts occurred at school, in Lopez's home and in a car in both Chula Vista and San Diego (Lopez lived in both cities over the last four years, police said). The victim, who is now 15, said the last incident happened in early 2008, police said.

Lopez has a 4-year old son whose father is Lopez's ex-boyfriend, according to Chula Vista Police Sergeant Juan Cervantes.

Since the alleged relationship began, Lopez began teaching at Sunnyslope School.
