Shawn's Stalking Suspect Pleads Not Guilty

The 34-year old man accused of trying to break onto the set of "Dancing With the Stars" to meet Olympic gold medalist Shawn Johnson pleaded not guilty to stalking and firearms charges.

Despite that, Robert Michael O'Ryan was ordered held on $200,000 bail and told not to try to contact Johnson in any way.  He was also instructed to stay at least 500 yards away from CBS Studios, and added that he was not to "threaten, molest or annoy anyone" if he makes bail.

He's due back in court April 27 for a preliminary hearing.  Charges include: one felony count of stalking and two misdemeanor counts of carrying a loaded firearm in a vehicle.

Prosecutors say police found a loaded handgun and a shotgun in his car.

Johnson now has extra security with her at all times.
