The National Weather Service in San Diego issued a severe thunderstorm warning for the area southwest of Mount Laguna including Boulevard and Jacumba, and issued a flash flood warning for southeastern San Diego County.
The thunderstorm warning is in effect until 4:15 p.m. and the flash flood warning is in place until 6:30 p.m., according to the NWS.
