A tractor trailer lost its load Tuesday night, causing big problems for motorists in the truck’s path.
The incident started around 9 p.m. on southbound Interstate 805 at State Route 94 in Mount Hope.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the truck spilled metal debris all over the freeway. CHP says at least eight vehicles got flat tires after driving over the metal pieces.
Those vehicles pulled over onto the right shoulder. No one was injured.
