The eastbound 905 freeway is closed until crews can clear an accident involving a semi-truck and a tow truck.
The accident occurred at about 1:30 Friday afternoon on the southbound 805 ramp onto the southbound 905 freeway near Otay Mesa, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP issued a Sig Alert in the area while they clean up concrete debris.
The conditions of the motorists are unclear at this time.
