San Diego County Sheriff’s Deputies shut down a marijuana storefront in Lakeside, arresting one man and seizing $1 million in marijuana and other products including honey oil wax and edibles.
Deputies say Jessy Tooma, 30, ignored several cease and desist orders and continued to operate a marijuana storefront without a permit for a medical marijuana collective.
Members of a Narcotic Task Force served a search warrant at Lakeside Trees on Woodside Avenue and Winter Gardens Boulevard, according to deputies.
Tooma faces charges of marijuana sales, deputies said.
