A San Diego motorcycle officer was involved in a solo collision on Friday morning, according to police.
The officer was riding his motorcycle on the on-ramp from Kearny Villa Road to westbound State Route 52 around 10:30 a.m. when the accident happened.
California Highway Patrol has the ramp closed while they investigate.
There is no word on the officer's condition. No other people were involved or injured in the incident.
