A silver Chevy rolls over in the College area, creating a commuting nightmare for area residents.
Police closed northbound Fairmount Avenue at Montezuma Road, detouring traffic onto Montezuma after the crash. The wreck at about 7 a.m. on Friday caused a lengthy backup on Fairmount Avenue north and its feeder streets, including Aldine Drive and Monroe Avenue.
Traffic returned to normal at about 9:30 a.m., and all roads open on and leading to Fairmount Ave.
