A vehicle wound up on its roof after a rollover crash in Scripps Ranch Friday evening.
Police said the crash happened around 4:45 p.m. in the 11000 block of Pomerado Road.
For unknown reasons, the driver lost control and the vehicle rolled over on its roof.
Police said the driver was temporarily trapped inside the car, but was later safely extricated by rescue crews.
Information about the extent of the driver’s injuries was not immediately available.
Police shut down Pomerado Road at Avenida Magnifica and Semillon Boulevard following the crash.
