One person is in custody after a pursuit that began when officers tried to pull over a car for a traffic stop, San Diego police said.
The car was heading southbound on Interstate 805 in the South Bay when officers tried to pull over a Chevy Suburban near 43rd Street. Officers said the pursuit started around 8:27 p.m. Saturday.
Several minutes later, they stopped the car around 6900 Ramfos Lane.
The suspect is in custody.
