Preliminary Magnitude 3.6 Quake Rattles Ensenada

A preliminary magnitude 3.6 earthquake rattled Ensenada, Mexico Tuesday and some reported feeling the quake in Chula Vista and San Diego. 

The earthquake was recorded by the United States Geological Survey just before 5 a.m. about 16 miles east of Ensenada. 

According to USGS, some light to weak shaking could be felt in Chula Vista and possibly as far as Encinitas.
