Multiple neighborhoods experienced power outages in San Diego, according to San Diego Gas & Electric.
North Park, University Heights, Normal Heights, Oceanside, San Luis Rey and Ocean Hills had customers without power.
Roughly 3,500 customers did not have electricity. Crews fixed the problem and restored the power shortly after.
