A postal worker, walking his route in Sacramento, helped revive a lifeless toddler Thursday, according to a published report.
Robert Sweeney told one television station that he heard the cries of a mother who was running out of her home.
According to the report, Sweeney laid the 19-month old baby on the grass and performed CPR.
