San Diego police are asking for the public’s help to find a missing 87-year-old man with memory problems.
Luis Barajas Martinez was last seen near his home in the 3800 block of 41st Street in City Heights, according to police.
Police said Martinez has a history of walking away and has been found on University Avenue and at the U.S.-Mexico border in the past.
He is described as 5-foot-2 and 120 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a black and white checkered sweater, and gray pants. He uses a red walker.
Police announced the search Friday. As of Saturday evening, officials said there was still no sign of Martinez.
