Firefighters worked for over an hour to free people trapped in a traffic accident in Oceanside Wednesday.
Two vehicles and a motorcycle collided at Douglas and Festival, near State Route 76 around 7:30 p.m.
Officials say there were people trapped in the vehicles and a motorcycle on the ground between the two cars.
Three of the four people injured were airlifted to nearby hospitals.
Investigators are still looking into what caused the accident
Units from Carlsbad Fire Department and Oceanside Fire Department responded.
