Jewelry Thief Caught on Cam at Nordstrom Fashion Valley

Among the items stolen were David Yurman watches priced $10,000-$30,000

A man dressed casually in blue jeans, a white T-shirt and beanie entered the Fashion Valley Nordstrom recently and walked out with enough stolen jewelry to compete on any red carpet.

While in the store, the man grabbed a display case from the jewelry counter filled with a number of expensive items including David Yurman watches and a bracelet police said. The watches are priced  from $10,000 to $30,000 each.

San Diego County Crime Stoppers released images from the store's surveillance camera taken as the suspect entered the department store on Wednesday, Nov. 16 just before 9 p.m.

Minutes later, the man was captured running out of the north entrance of the store.

The white man appears to be 25 to 35 years old, between 5'8" and 5'10" and approximately 160 lbs investigators said. The beanie has a Chargers logo and the T-shirt has a cross logo on the front.
