On Myspace.com, former Navy Sailor Joshua Wyly and his wife Rachel appear to be a doting parents to their two young children.
But federal prosecutors say don't let the pictures fool you, because Joshua sexually assaulted a six-year-old girl and Rachel watched it happen.
"She took the pictures of her husband sexually assaulting this six year old girl that was in their care,"said Assistant U.S. Attorney Alessandra Serrano in an exclusive interview with NBCSanDiego.
Those cell phone pictures of the sex assault were taken at a Spring Valley apartment in 2008 where the Wyly and his wife were living.
The victim is the daughter of another sailor who was staying with the Wyly's at the time. The father had no idea his little girl was reportedly being molested by Wyly.
"At some point and time those pictures were transferred from the cellphone to the laptop computer that Josh had taken with him on deployment, " said Serrano.
In 2009, Joshua Wyly was on board the Nimitz when another sailor noticed the pictures on Wyly's laptop, and immediately reported it.

In May 2010, a military court sentenced Wyly to 30 years in custody for rape of a minor.
On Friday, a Federal judge sentenced his wife Rachel to 25 years in prison for sexual exploitation of a child.
As for the couple's two toddler aged children, they are now staying with family in Texas.
"The Texas family court has precluded the defendant Rachel from speaking or seeing her children because of her conviction,"said Serano.
The victim is now nine years old and has moved out of California with her family.
