National City police are closing the 2800 and 2900 blocks of Grove Street due to a traffic incident. In an alert, police said the road would be closed for several hours and advised drivers to use Prospect Street.
The advisory came in just after 7 a.m. Tuesday.
National City Police Department’s Traffic Division will conduct a follow up investigation, which will require a full road closure.
The details of the incident were not clear.
