A carjacking outside a National City apartment building led to the arrest of two men in Bay Terraces minutes later.
Investigators say a man was dropping off a friend at the Vista Garden Apartment complex at 3 a.m.
The driver told officers a group of six to seven men carrying guns stole his car.
A few minutes later, officers located the victim’s car at Euclid and Division.
Officers said they detained two suspects who were later identified as the carjackers by the victim.
