An active duty sailor was found dead in his barracks Monday morning and U.S. Navy officials said Tuesday there is no foul play suspected in the death.
The sailor, who was attached to the Naval Medical Center San Diego, was found dead around 9 a.m, according to a public affairs officer with the center.
The sailor's cause of death was investigated by the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) and his identity has not been released.
