Authorities responded to a collision involving at least three vehicles on Interstate 805 Saturday.
The crash occurred around 12 p.m. on I-805 just west of the State Route 54 connector where the two highways converge.
Authorities said two vehicles were both merging onto northbound I-805 at the SR-54 connector when the cars collided with one another. One car hit the center divider and the other car veered off the road and hit a tree.
Paramedics were called to the scene to treat victims with moderate injuries.
