A vehicle accident involving a motorcycle along southbound Interstate 805 is causing heavy traffic, according to California Highway Patrol.
Three lanes are currently blocked along southbound I-805 at Olympic Parkway in Chula Vista.
The fire department and CHP are on the scene.
